This is from one combat disabled veteran to another. I will not resort to 
name calling as so many of the 14.275 folks have done and continue to do, I 
will not participate in this childish behavior. 

Here is a brief self portrait of myself: I enlisted in the 80's and went west, way west. 
I jumped out of many different aircraft 167 times and have 32 1/2 kills (the 1/2 is 
an assist) on active duty. I have saved more lives than I can honestly 
remember. I was disabled via and unfortunate combat related accident. I went 
to combat as a civilian and have 2 kills and a few saved lives as well as a 
piece of shrapnel that was removed from my leg. I am combat wounded from the 
military and as a civilian! Now that you know a little about me, I will get 
to the point of this letter.

Mr. Hollingsworth has said this 14.275MHz problem is a Canadian problem, I do 
not agree. This jamming, swearing, playing unidentified tapes has gone on 
before Mr. Madera and goes on while Mr. Madera is not even in British 
Columbia. The lies that are told, on an almost daily basis, from you and the 
others are deplorable! What is more deplorable is that you essentially have 
permission from Mr. Hollingsworth to do this jamming swearing broadcasting 
and other rules violations without fear of punishment! The childish attacks 
just let the world know that quite a few U.S. amateurs, on 14.275MHz, are 
just no good. I realize that your new M O is to email anybody that you and 
your gang hear so as to get them on your side. I HAVE NO SIDE EXCEPT TO 
FOLLOW THE RULES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
You and your gang want to get on my butt for jacking a call, which I 
apologized for doing. Mr. Jeswald get on [redacted] for doing the same!!!!! 
[redacted] used a false call on the air and what have you and your gang done 
about that? What have you done about [redacted] and his 18 minute tirade of 
F you Mother F'er. You don't seem to want to talk about that on the air. I, 
as any good soldier would do, had a plan/purpose for jacking that call. The 
goals and objectives were met with outstanding results! I think you and your 
gang should actually look into the mirror before you start bad mouthing 
others for the very same things that you guys do.
 
I would ask that you not take this letter out of context as so many items 
have been out of context when referring to anything that has to do with 
14.275MHz. I said this before and it bears repeating, I will not in any way 
shape or form cooperate with [redacted]. He breaks the rules too much for me, 
he should review part 97.
 
Please remember that YOU are the one that got me started in this garbage. 
You said I could not talk to Mr. Madera. I took great offense to that 
statement and would have never gotten involved if you would not have said 
anything. You see, Mr. Jeswald, I thought I could talk to anybody on amateur 
radio!
